PHASE 1
The complexity and the triumph of human (seemingly) over nature, came with our innovation and our social structure, the ability to communicate and work towards a common goal and to solve disputes, creating agreements, compacts and systems to advance the living condition of self and community.
We hypothesize that alcohol and drinking promotes the openness to share and the easiness to express, first feelings and thoughts, and then ideas and plans. This is a world and an age of the separation of professions and skills, where a person of one field do not find person of another field unless through effort and chance.
We believe drinking provide people this stimulation and opportunity. And so established our brewery and our bar.
They are producer of this environment for their collaboration. And the environment is the platform for them to showcase their collaboration. And through the business revenue, they fund these collaborations and the projects of our future phases.
