St Edward's Catholic Primary - Mid-Autumn Gala (Board Games Activity)

St. Edward's Catholic Primary School's "Welcoming the Mid-Autumn Festival Gala" GamesBond board game activity was very successful, with a very enthusiastic number of participants. After review, about 250 people participated in the activity. Due to the large flow of people, we initially planned to register names for entrance every 30 minutes. However, the school's assisting teachers gave up registration within 30 minutes.

Parents and children were constantly in and out of the classroom. Thanks to the game volunteers, they worked hard to complete the games in each area without taking a break.

The school was surrounded by parents and children all night, and the school also had many very lively programs.

The principal, priest, and teachers in charge thanked the GamesBond volunteer team individually for agreeing to support them in the short time of notice. Before leaving, the principal kept inviting us to meet again later for a gaming class.

The board game activity was initially scheduled from 6 to 9 o'clock. However, children entered the venue at 5:30. Even at 9 o'clock, they still asked if they wanted to play. Some parents asked if they could participate in play classes.

Thank you to all the volunteers and instructors. The work we do is worthwhile.

Thanks for the feedback from Teresa Ip (GamesBond /Caritas)
